This audio CD contains 39 minutes of pure British steam action sounds, ranging from BR Standard Class 5MT 73096 at speed near North Camp, to footplate sounds on board 75027 between Sheffield Park and Sharpthorne Tunnel on the Bluebell Railway. Mainline action continues with 60009 and 34067 west of Basingstoke, and on train with 71000 'Duke of Gloucester' climbing from Weymouth to Bincombe Tunnel and Poole to Branksome. 35005 is heard on train climbing Witley Bank, and 34016 'Bodmin' leaving Alton on the climb to Medstead. The finale is the lineside sound of rebuilt Bulleid Pacific 34016 double-heading 71000 during their climb from Alton to Medstead.

Customer Comments:

Have thoroughly enjoyed it as it is a good reminder of British steam for me.
John from New Zealand.
