Den Chandler says - "The plaque is situated on the front wall of M&S Waterloo forecourt, nearly opposite the former Eurostar terminal".

Originally it was at Nine Elms depot, near the time office, and was obviously transferred when they demolished it. Today it is located near the arch opposite the former Eurostar terminal. Actually I attended several Remembrance Day services at Waterloo and always placed my poppy on it at the end.
